Flying Mango started in 1997 at farmers’ markets and catering events, long before our doors opened in Beaverdale, Des Moines. Suzanne & Mike turned an unexpected opportunity into a neighborhood favorite, bringing bold, down-home flavors to the community. From the very first plate, we’ve focused on food that feels familiar, comforting, and made to share. What began as a simple idea grew into a beloved destination for locals and travelers alike.
